The resort's signature restaurant headed up by the acclaimed Chef James Boyce; The restaurant features a 2,000 wine bottle display, and about 1,800 different selections are available, with an emphasis on benchmark and up-and-coming wineries. A showpiece, the 20,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor oceanfront Spa Montage offers comprehensive programs and a la carte services ranging from herbal and hydrotherapy body treatments to fitness consultation and classes. A total of 21 treatment rooms include 12 massage rooms; four facial treatment rooms; two hydrotherapy rooms; and three specialty treatment rooms with outdoor relaxation and plunge pool that can be used for a single or couple's massage or hydrotherapy treatments.
