About: "Located just east of Paso Robles, California and nestled in the rolling hills of the Central Coast, lies our estate vineyard and winery. The property is located at an elevation of 950 ft above sea level, with great exposure to the south and south west sun. We have been undergoing construction of our new Tasting, Aging & Bottling Facility in Tustin, CA since May 1, 2011. It has been a long road to get to this point, and we are very excited to get things up and running. We expect to be open in April 2012.
Our new facility will be used for barrel aging & bottling of our Paso Robles wines. We will also have wine tasting & sales + appetizers to accompany our wines."

There are three vineyard blocks on the property planted in 2001 with the larger block being comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon. Other varietals include Sangiovese, Merlot, Primitivo, Petite Sirah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Tannat & Syrah. The vineyards are planted on moderately steep hillsides to maximize sun exposure and soil drainage.
Pozzuoli Winery produces approximately 500 cases of wine per year. Our main focus is on producing high quality small lots of wine, that express the terrain and climate of the Paso Robles AVA. Being a small operation allows us to be greatly involved in every part of the wine-making process from the vineyard to the wine glass.
