About Yorba Linda Yorba Linda is a city in Orange County, California, approximately 13 miles northeast of Downtown Santa Ana, and 40 miles southeast of Downtown Los Angeles. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 58,918. U.S. President Richard Nixon was born in Yorba Linda in 1913 and his presidential library is located here. The city is listed by CNN as the 21st best place in the U.S. to live [1], making it the second highest-ranked Californian city in the survey.

Yorba Linda Civic Light Opera The Yorba Linda Civic Light Opera offers professional musical entertainment at a family oriented price. Performances are held at the beautiful Forum Theater. Tickets can be ordered by phone at (714) 779-1932.
The Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace Free family concerts are available at the Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace. Performances have included classical piano, Vietnamese music using traditional instruments, a pop and gospel choir and the California Association of Professional Music Teachers-Students Recital. Battle of the Bands at Yorba Linda Community Center Some great local bands perform at this annual event. The evening includes great music, dancing under the stars, and hanging out with all your friends! Food and beverages are also available for purchase. (714) 961-7192.
